Ca 'di Martino was born from a work of restoration and reinstatement of ancient stables, cellars and driers of which traces might still be seen today. One part of the structure is used as a private home, the other part as a b&b composed of 6 cosy rooms with private bathrooms and two rooms used for morning breakfast. The rest of the day, they may be used as common areas for guests who desire to enjoy the warmth of the romantic fireplace in cold periods . Otherwise, the latter rooms may also be the means to feel the cool that their stone walls provide in the more warmer months. Furthermore, we would like to highlight the fact that part of more than two hectares of land that makes up the property, is also available to our customers. Indeed , we are sure that they are going to experience and feel deeply the peace and quietness of the fantastic nature that surrounds it, admiring Tuscany -Emilia Apennines, relaxing either in our meadows and imposing barnyard or potentially walking through the beautiful chestnut field near us.
